Over this past weekend the Cleveland Browns played the Indianapolis Colts and got the victory with a 21-18 score. Now as we all know the starters aren’t getting much playing time right now but its still early in the preseason and their is no reason to risk anybody hurt, but the second unit got the job done with Garrett Gilbert throwing 13-19 with 151 yards passing and had 2 touchdown passes. This was actually the first time that the Browns have beat the Colts in the preseason since 1979 in which the Browns were in Baltimore. Now I know Andrew Luck not playing was definitely a big part in why the Colts may have lost but he was hurt and has been dealing with this injury since last year (leg or an ankle injury). With the season only being two weeks away the excitement in Cleveland is at its highs point right now especially coming off a 7-8-1 year last year and the year before that losing all 16 games. Pretty much to sum it all up the expectation are HIGH, the fans are expecting big things especially with the high end talent that they have, CLEVELAND is back to being a football town now.
